Positive: Location is excellent. 2 minute walk from Elizabeth Line station. 40 minutes into central London. Apartment is well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Lots of storage. Owner was available to greet us and show us around the apartment as well as explain what was available to us locally for food and amenities. The owner was extremely pleasant and was available throughout our stay by text.

Negative: This is only an issue if a couple is staying: the double bed is against a wall and the foot of the bed is obstructed by a wardrobe making it difficult for the person sleeping next to the wall to get out of bed during the night without disturbing the other. Perhaps two singles may work better.

Summary: We were very pleased with out 7 night stay and would return.

Positive: We were welcomed by the owner who showed us around the property and demonstrated how everything worked. Very comfortable bed, lighting, shower with plenty of hot water. Short walk to Brentwood Station. Everything we needed. Cleanliness. Parking in front of house.

Positive: Very comfortable indeed and very clean. I was really impressed. The location, 2 minutes walk from Brentwood station (Elizabeth line), was also perfect, and just off the main road away from traffic. High spec equipment, lots of automated features, yet everything was simple and easy to use; especially loved the little robot floor cleaner!! Shower was modern and spacious. The owner stays nearby and is very professional and on hand to help. Although everything worked really well, so I didn't actually have any problems during my stay. Washing machine also worked perfectly. Overall, it was great accommodation that is very well cared for. Oh yes, and it has a nice big tv and a comfy sofa for chilling in the evening.

Negative: Nothing actually. It was all positive for me.
