Positive: The Place was super clean and peaceful. The Serene Garden Terrace made the evenings enjoyable and the host was very hospitable.

Positive: Big bedroom with all comfort of home, also good and clean attached bathroom. Fully functional Kitchen. And i like the most was a big open balcony with a good lighting and good view of Vidhyadhar Nagar. As the property is new that's why it feels so good and clean and confident.

Negative: Too many stairs to reach "The modern den" otherwise all is good. Localty seems little poor.

Positive: Nice, clean and cosy room. Had a great experience and ease of access even though I was traveling a lot. Nicely maintained. Bed is super comfortable. Great for solo travelers and in a good budget.

Negative: Lack of a car parking space was a small challenge. Otherwise no major problems.
