Summary: I’ve been staying at this hotel almost every year since it opened about 12 years ago. The service is excellent—from the staff handling the luggage, reception, housekeeping, and breakfast team to the amazing rooftop staff. Katarina at the rooftop bar is the most professional person I’ve ever met. Her kindness and memory of returning guests truly make you feel special. She is a real asset to the hotel, and I hope to see her again when I return. The breakfast is fantastic—fresh and delicious. Lunch and dinner are of high quality. The spa downstairs is cozy and spotless. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. Highly recommended!

Summary: The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very nice. We booked an "Exective" room and it was very lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent. Even though the hotel is off the beaten path, we used the shuttle to get into the city which was great! However... when we returned to our room after our evening in the city there was no water at all and when the water finally did come back on there was no hot water. Granted, this may not have been the fault of the hotel and the woman at the front desk was very kind BUT...the bottom line is a hot shower is an expected service and if it isn't provided (for whatever reason) the guests should be compensated. We were not offered any type of refund or compensation and I sent an email to the hotel which received no response. I am interested to see if this review is responded to. I really don't know how to review Hotels.com. If this review receives any type of follow-up I will be happy. If it doesn't, then not so much.

Summary: We only stayed 2 nights unfortunately. We enjoyed every moment we stayed at the hotel. The hotel is very clean, quiet and creates a very respectable and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was varied and very tasty. Many thanks to all the reception staff who helped with the guidance on Thessaloniki. A special thanks to Mrs. Potini and Mr. Thanos who went out of their way to assist us when we accidentally left our cell phone at the hotel after checkout.
