Positive: Location, affordable. Everything worked eg tv a/c. Coffee, tea on offer

Negative: Staff member told me not to lick myself out because he loves too far away... I never would. He promised a bottle of water should be in the room... It never came. Felt intimidated when first arriving as there was a private function happening and I wasn't welcomed with any smile

Positive: Didn't realise breakfast was included, if that prompt is accurate. I was very happy with the no-nonsense reception and check-out AND the comfort of the room.

Negative: No complaints.
