The space
The Merrimac house is a 3br/2ba brick rancher that has completely updated With a new metal roof, all new windows, all new flooring and all new oil rubbed bronze lighting and plumbing fixtures. It has a nice living room with a couch, loveseat and recliner with a 55” smart Tv And is open to the kitchen with bright white cabinets, comes with all kitchen appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee pot. It also has a nice pantry and a table with up to six chairs with the leaf put in and a nice size laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
All three bedrooms have fresh paint and carpet and the master bedroom has a queen bed with nightstand, a nice TV stand with an electric fireplace with a 40 inch smart TV and has its own private bathroom with a completely tiled walk-in shower, new vanity, and new toilet. The second bedroom features a queen size poster bed with two nightstands and a chest with a 40 inch smart TV and the third bedroom features a full over twin trundle bed with a 40 inch smart TV and the chest inside the closet. It has a really nice and level fenced in backyard with plenty of room for the children to play.

Summary: Came to town for Christmas with family. We hosted dinner, and there was plenty of room. And the big back yard was so nice for the kids. Had everything we needed.

Summary: Property is clean and pictures exactly as described. Limited options in oxford area and this met our needs perfectly. If ever in Alabama again will definitely stay here again. Since coming from NH I couldn't comment on safety of neighborhood. It was quiet and appeared to be mostly families. My daughter enjoyed the games in house and running around the yard
