Summary: Really exceptional hotel for the price. We had a beautiful and comfortable corner suite, with great views of leafy Georgetown/Washington DC. We didn't eat in the hotel or use the bar as there is a wide choice of excellent breakfast/brunch and dining options nearby. The free hot drinks in reception in the morning was a nice touch. Staff were polite and welcoming and the facilities well maintained.

Summary: Staff was very pleasant. Room was fine but the thermostat was not working properly. We had to open windows to let air in because it was so hot and the temp could not be turned down. Room showed its age- the bathroom doors did not close properly and the shower was a bit worn. Wasn't bad for the price and location. Paying $72/night for parking was an unpleasant surprise and had I not checked the parking app id have been charged for 2 nites instead of one. The hotel should validate for at least a portion of the parking expense for guests.
