Summary: The resort, inside and out per extremely clean and well maintained. Staff was very accommodating. The only issue I had was actually the designers fault. In the king suite, which love were lovely,their interior designer installed a hanging lamp over the small table where coffee pot was located. I’m 5’6” and every time stood up I hit my head on the hanging lamp. The lamp shade is actually 3 tiered lampshades suspended from the ceiling. I would suggest they remove a shade. But otherwise, hubby and I had a wonderful time and truly have no other complaints, only compliments.

Summary: Had to wait 45 mins to get our room after arriving at 4:00…check in time. Not impressed with that and ours was not the only one not ready. Obviously, they have a staffing problem or so t know how to schedule. Also had three people at the front desk but only one seemed to be able to check in people at a time. Room was clean but the bathroom was so small it was hard to move around. Rooms were not sound proud either so we could constantly hear kids running up and down the halls. Overall the place was okay but wouldn’t go back again.

Summary: Two working hot tubs were great. Continental breakfast could be better but still good. Easy check in. Lots of renovations happening but did not cause disruptions to day. Great place to stay at.

Summary: Patrick, a front desk and "do it all" service professional was super friendly, fun and informative. I hope to see him the next time we stay. Our room was clean and comfortable; I only wish it had a magnifying make-up mirror and a phone line that could connect us to the front desk (that feature wasn't available in the room we stayed in our last go around either). The Roman Spa room had been painted and wooden slat panels installed since our last stay about eighteen months ago; however, the Roman Spa electric panel STILL needs an upgrade so that the spa jets don't continuously flip the breaker preventing the jets from working. I had to hike down to the front desk and ask Patrick to reset the breaker, just as I did each day during my last stay. That remains an inconvenience that should have been addressed more than a year ago. Not good Meadowmere :(

Summary: Expedia listed a spa. Found out there was not one when I called the property to make an appointment. Thankfully booked massage right down the street. Room was fantastic. In jacuzzi tub was awesome. Roman spa and outdoor hot tub were great. Breakfast could be better with the addition of some protein like eggs or sausage.
