Positive: Beds were comfortable, pleasant staff good location,
Negative: Had to move room after 1 day as no heating, second room was nicer as newly decorated though still had shower in bath with only a high showerhead (pet hate) Asked about an extra hour late check-out as had to work in the morning but was going to be charged for that which we thought could have been complimentary given the inconvenience of having to move room and the fact that it was a quiet Monday morning -
