Come stay in our beautiful, completely remodeled two bedroom lower apartment. We put in A LOT of work and we are so proud to share it with you! We are located on a quiet residential street. Niagara Falls State Park is a 6 minute drive. TONS of great restaurants close by. Hyde Park is a two minute walk out your front door.
We will be available by text, to help with anything you need :)

Summary: I appreciate the cleanliness of the home. They have everything you need to have all the comforts of home. The bed was comfy and in a quiet neighborhood. There was somebody renting the top floor. We only heard them twice going up the stairs, but after that we didn't hear anything. You can tell the owners take pride in the home and if I go back to visit, I will definitely rent this one again.

Summary: Overall the stay was great! The place was very clean and the property manager was very prompt with responses to questions. The only 2 minor issues, personally, were... 1. If someone is renting the upstairs, you can hear every move they make downstairs. The steps for the upstairs guests are only separated by 2 doors that would lead into the downstairs apartment but are remain locked. One of those doors is very to the bedrooms. Therefore, it's somewhat loud when they come in our out. The other issue is that the front windows have extremely sheer curtains. Since the houses are so close together, I didn't feel much privacy knowing anyone could see into the house at any hour of the day. I was alone with my 2 daughters so this made me a little nervous. I felt those 2 things needed to be mentioned. Otherwise, the property was nice and close to attractions. S sheer curtains. Since theiothe. they

Summary: Overall was a nice place. Just a few things I didn't think to ask ahead of time.... No washer and dryer, can't control the thermostat ( but she did turn it when I texted her) had to go buy towels & washclothes, all the towels(cleaning & bathing)were all mixed together in the same closet, most of them were stained.
