Positive: Cute property of two separate buildings. We got in late, but the key was ready and we checked in without issue. The shower was a rain head that was amazing. The shower door was a little loose and I slipped but was okay since there was a bench beside the shower to catch myself with. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t get breakfast due to a miscommunication.

Negative: Communication was poor. We were going to be fairly late getting to the property so I called the number and left a message. We wanted to inquire about breakfast, but nobody called us back. There were no instructions on Booking.com or the Manor’s website as to how breakfast was run. Because of this, we missed breakfast. We saw later that there was a menu in the envelop with our key, but didn’t see it. When I wrote the suggestion there be more clarity, there was no apology about us missing breakfast, nor was there any acknowledgment that they could have put on the communication board to check in the envelope for the menu. It was disappointing.

Summary: Comfortable but lacked communication so we were left hungry.
