The Manor is one of a kind!!
The main floor consists of a large eat in kitchen and dining area with everything you need to cook a large family dinner. The kitchen overlooks the living area having 2 couches, large smart TV and a gas fireplace it makes the perfect place to cozy up and play a game of monopoly with the family.
This level has 1 Master, a King size bed and a full bathroom containing an extra large shower. Another Bedroom with a Queen bed. As well as another bathroom, a laundry room, and a side entryway. Off the living area is a large back deck overlooking the private pool for those hot summer days after the lake.
**We do have a Traeger smoker on the back deck that guests are allowed to use but pellets are not provided. This is also not included in the cleaning fee so please clean it if it is used or there will be a cleaning charge added.
Upstairs is a bunk room with 3 Twin Xl beds and 2 Twin size beds. There is also a foosball table and smart tv in this area.
Downstairs is a sportsman’s dream, the main living area has a reclining couch and loveseat with 4 TV’s to keep up with all the games scores. A ping pong table and darts for a friendly competition, another Master Suite with custom shower and king bed. As well as a bedroom with 2 queen size beds.
The theater has a 135” screen and smart Blu-ray player to watch your streaming apps while piled up on the comfy couch or one of the 2 large bean bags.
Off the main basement area is the back patio with a hot tub for chilly nights, gas grill for the foodie, and a private pool for those hot summer days.
This house is sure to have something for EVERYONE!
We provide all cooking/ grill utensils, a coffee maker, some spices, paper towels, toilet paper and basic toiletries. There is a washer and dryer on site.
The pool is closed for the season and will reopen mid April pending the weather.
Please pack accordingly, we are 15 minutes to the closest store.
During peak times the marina is extremely convenient less than 2 minutes away open from 9 to 5 and will have many of your needs if forgotten!
NO SMOKING in the house of any kind. If smoking outside please properly dispose of the butts or there will be a fee added.
NO PARTIES. Respecting our community is our top priority.
NO PETS as much as we love animals, we do not allow guests to bring theirs (unless it is a service animal). The extra wear & tear on our house is a risk we will not take.
MUST BE 25 or older to rent this property, no exceptions.
If you're looking for convenience this listing isn't for you. We're located about 15 min off of the main road & at least 15 minutes from the nearest store. Please keep this in mind when booking.
Wooded areas around bodies of water are homes to critters such as but not limited to deer, squirrels, rodents, insects, reptiles. We have a pest control company visit quarterly/as needed; however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible around the property. The presence of any such critters does not entitle the guest to a refund.
The walk TO the marina is easy and a beautiful sight. The walk BACK up is a strenuous mountain, please keep this in mind and plan accordingly.
We do not provide kayaks. Canoe the Caney offers rentals and trips, is only a few miles away.
If you do not live in the state of TN it is imperative you do your own research on animals, insects, & reptiles that live in this state. Especially around bodies of water.

Summary: This may be the perfect vacation home! There are places much more expensive that don’t come close to this! Something for everyone to do or simply not do if they wish. Plenty of space and very attentive owners. Can’t wait to come back in pool season!

Summary: Great place to rest, enjoy nature, and have fun. We took all of our food and stayed in to enjoy being together. Owner was very responsive. House very clean. Loved the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table, connect four, darts, hammock chairs, drink fridges to leave space in big one. Fishlipz was around the corner and down down down a curvy road. Food looked good. Drinks and Bands were very good. Would definitely return to this home.

Summary: This place is amazing. There was so much today a few days we just stayed home and enjoyed what we had. The owners are very easy to get a hold of and respond to when you ask them questions. The beds are so comfortable and everything was kept nice and clean. Will definitely be back

Summary: Where do I start?! This place was incredible! We do a big family trip to different places every summer w/ 8 adults & 5 kids & this house was hands-down our favorite. From the moment we walked in we were in love w/ every detail. Our favorite aspects include the high ceilings, the large open kitchen area & island, the massive back deck w/ beautiful wood table to seat 12 and the most comfortable hammock chairs ever, an awesome master bedroom w/ the biggest shower I’ve ever seen, the adorable bunk room upstairs, the wrap around art mural on the walls as you walk downstairs, the game room with high quality ping pong table and darts & a 4-screen multi view seating area, lots of covered outdoor space w/ plenty of seating, a huge hot tub, & grill areas on both levels, spacious bedrooms & closets, the beautiful decor, attention to detail w/ design and construction, & plenty of room to spread out! Our top two favorites where we spent most of our time though was the pool area during the day & the theater room at night! The huge pool is top notch w/ lots of ledges for sitting & standing in the water while the kiddos play. The theater room was so cozy & big enough to hold all of us & had great projector image quality on the big screen & a surround sound feel. To top it off, the owners were incredibly kind & responsive to an accident we had resulting in some wall damage (which was quickly repaired). You can tell place is one of a kind, well loved, & taken care of! We will be back for sure!
