Summary: This is not a luxury hotel by any standard. Don’t book it. The hotel has not been maintained and the facilities look old and tired. The room I stayed in was supposed to be a suite but it was old, dark, dirty and damaged. Generally the hotel is over crowded and there are too many people using the hotel from the conference rooms next to it. The staf is friendly but they have not been trained to work in a luxury hotel and therefore many of them are just standing around doing nothing.

Summary: It was an amazing stay. Staff were all so nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent, American, Filipino, Chinese, Korean, they had it all. Dinner buffet was well worth the money. I especially loved the seafood and sashimi.

Summary: I really enjoyed my time at the Manila Hotel. It was my second stay there. I'm very impressed by all the upgrades done to the hotel since my last stay two years ago. The only issues I had was during the week I was there I had killed 4 roaches in my room. Once the roach was walking on the wall above my head by the bed which made me feel really uncomfortable during the remainder of my stay.
