Summary: A very comfortable and pleasant stay in this customer focused and charming Hotel. Lovely inclusive Breakfast, with lots of choice, cosy room and facilities. Courteous, friendly, approachable staff, who dealt with my one concern efficiently and respectfully. I look forward to returning.

Summary: We stayed in Erphingham gate room, nice and clean, large suite, roll top bath in the corner. Staff all polite and friendly, hubby would have liked a bigger TV and no ladies make/up hair styling area . Always a hotel we visit again and again
