Summary: Reserved this apartment for my wife and 2 teenage daughters night before seeing Hamilton at Academy of Music in downtown Philly. My first VRBO rental experience. Smooth check-in. Excellent communication with property manager. Very clean apartment in what seemed to be newly renovated apartment and renovated building. Property manager made us feel welcome. Easy free street parking next to buiding. Took a couple tries to enter code for building entry but that was because we never touched key icon first on keypad and then press enter. Quiet location. About 15 minute drive to Theater. Wonderful experience.

Summary: We were in Philly for a squash tournament at the specter center. Easy 12 minute walk to venue, street parking not an issue, apartment perk washer and dryer! Although we were told 4 pillows per bed, only 2 provided. Room darkening curtains a plus! Slept well, has both heat and air for comfort. Not happy with cannabis smell in hallway which at one point coming into apartment. Over all comfortable and I would stay here again. Although toiletries like shampoo and conditioner provided, recommend bringing your own.

Summary: The apartment was very nice and clean. Communication with the host was a bit challenging due to slow replies to queries about check-in and phone going to voicemail. But all worked well in the end. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. Unfortunately, no groceries or coffee shops within walking distance. That was surprising given how much student housing is in the neighborhood. The value was excellent Would stay here again when in Philly for business at the universities.

Summary: We are so pleased with this apartment! Modern, clean, fully stocked kitchen. The decor is beautiful! New washer and dryer. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. The bathrooms are impeccable! Very comfortable! Will stay here again! Highly recommend!
