Summary: Rooms seemed newly refurbished. Clean and well equipped. Received a warm welcome. Food was great.

Summary: Overall everything was good and the staff attentive. The kettle leaked water everywhere. The toilet had a faulty cistern and a previous guest had left a shirt behind which was still in the wardrobe. Other than that no complaints.

Summary: We stopped here on a 2 day walk from Polperro to Par via the coast path. Lovely room, and great location next to the regular ferry to Fowey. The pub did delicious food as well.
