Positive: Our host Raj helped us navigate our time in Port Blair. He acted as driver, helped us book our ferry trip and gave good recommendations. The room had a large living area and generous bedroom. Breakfast was good and served to our room. Air conditioning worked well. This is a great place for people looking to spend time exploring Port Blair. The value for money is exceptional for "western" travellers, but it is not a place where you're going to hang out during the day. More of an eat and sleep experience. But Raj can keep you busy and is a very knowledgeable guide.

Negative: Don't expect an outdoor area for relaxation but Raj is constantly improving his property so stay tuned.

Positive: The property is within walking distance of the main jetty, the small town and cellular jail. The host is wonderful - so helpful and knowledgeable about the islands. He was able to help me plan my days travelling the islands and is also available for pick and drop off too.

Negative: Personally I would have liked some tea and coffee making facilities in the room and perhaps some bathroom toiletries.

Summary: Value for money, with a super helpful host.
