Positive: friendliness and helpfulness of owner' well furnished and with plenty of lights, power sockets and a good sized shower room.

Negative: it could have been warmer, heating controls were noted as preset and we couldnt figure out how to increase the temperature, we were only at the Loft for a few hours so it didnt trouble us enough to worry the owner, who, by the way came over late in the evening to help us load the wi fi.

Positive: Location was 1 easy to find and 2 STUNNING. Amazing place and setting, Nicki (sorry if I’ve got it wrong) was a lovely host and helped with the things we needed. The beach is about 20/30 mins drive away aswell. The play area is a very sweet add on for the kids, my daughter loved it especially and none of us wanted to leave. Oh and my son found and enjoyed all but one of the brownies I think we’re made for us 😂 Also Lottie (I think her name was) the little baby dog 🐕 was the cherry on the top for us personally.

Positive: Loft spacious with everything you need for a great stay. No need to take any kitchen self catering items they have provided all you need. Spacious shower room with plenty of towels and toiletries. Milk was a welcome surprise along with tea and coffee etc. useful storage cupboard with boiler that allowed wet clothes to dry quickly. No noise at all as you are well off the beaten track. Suggest you check google earth to identify exactly where the property is, it’s well worth the effort to stay in such an excellent place.

Positive: The property has everything you need for a short stay. Clean. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Negative: The wooden steps up to the apartment had narrow treads and were not easy to climb holding luggage. Perhaps more suitable for a younger clientele. The bed squeaked at the slightest movement and caused some hilarity. We found it tricky to find the apartment as the post code takes you to the bottom of Awbridge Hill, not the top. It is down a track to the left on a sharp bend to the right when driving West. Look for sign saying Hay for sale.
