Positive: The location is great, not in the city center but very close to it and in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Brussels. There was enough space for a good price. The host waited for me for both check-in and check-out and was very polite and accommodating. Definitely recommend this place!
Negative: There is no breakfast option, which was clearly communicated. A few hairs and spots in the kitchen, although overall it was fairly clean.
Summary: Beautiful location and amazing host; good value for the price

Positive: Location in quiet residential area.
Negative: The studio is NOT a loft, it is north-facing, on the ground floor looking on to a main street, lights / blinds are always needed. We were seldom there so not a great problem. However a "Loft" suggests somewhere light and airy.

Positive: The host waited while I travelled from the airport. The ground transportation was slow and I arrived later than expected, but the host was still there to greet me.

Positive: It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood with close proximity to mass transit and shopping. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. All amenities were available and fully functioning.
Negative: I suggested a fan but there is nothing that I did not like about The Loft. The fan would be an additional amenity only.
Summary: A safe, comfortable & convenient place to stay.

Positive: The location is perfect, on one of the best avenues in Brussels. The host is also fantastic, super nice and welcoming!
Negative: One area for improvement is the cleaning: the bathroom had male hair all over the floor and on the sink. The owner that welcomed me showed me the area where they store vacuum cleaner and cleaning products so I cleaned that myself before using the bathroom but it’s nice to have a cleaner place. Overall other areas were also a bit dusty. Some other smaller things: there is no electric plug and no lighting switch next to bed, which is slightly uncomfortable.

Positive: The host was flexible in meeting me for the key handoff. My flight was delayed, but he adapted to my revised schedule. The host was always responsive to my messages. I experienced some minor problems with blinds, heating, and the TV, but the host responded immediately. The space is comfortable and conveniently arranged. The apartment is nicely furnished and has lots of convenient closet space. Shower has great water flow and hot water. The bed is relatively new and comfortable. No problems with the wifi. The washer and dryer worked well. Located on ground level, no stairs to hassle with. The location is great, convenient to all kinds of shopping and dining. The street is one of the most pleasant streets in Brussels, quiet and peaceful.
Negative: I think the host has plans to replace the blinds. That will be an improvement.
Summary: Pleasant stay in a great location, very helpful host.
