Positive: Easy and simple to get into. No unexpected surprises. Everything was there for us that we needed. Perfect location with a great pub for food, drinks with a great view directly opposite us. Would def go again, great value for money.
Negative: Didn’t really dislike anything. Was a bit nervous when going through the gate through the alleyway as looked a bit shabby but was reassured once I got through the front door.
Summary: Great host who answered on first time of trying and was very helpful in how to access the key (I didn’t read my emails).

Positive: The location was beautiful, the owner was very helpful always checked up on you made sure everything was good and if you needed help always there, I actually loved it I would definitely be back and would recommend to anyone makes me want to move there what a trip and thanks

Positive: Good central location perfect for exploring the town, river and beach. Good pubs nearby and convenient buses and trains to Brighton etc. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Nice bathroom. Lounge was spacious and bright, with a great table to sit at for cards and food! Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedroom is at the back of the property so less road noise with a comfy double bed. We slept well :)
Negative: This is purely feedback, not moaning, as we had a lovely stay... Keybox was very low down and difficult to see what you are doing especially if arriving after dark and possibly a problem for less physically able visitors. Lighting in the accessway needs to come on when you enter the first door (Adjust PIR). Took a long time to figure out the central heating which could be aided by instructions with the boiler. Some tlc to decorating/ kitchen would make it feel more 'swish' but everything was fine. Parking was 'difficult' as Shoreham is a busy place. Eventually tracked down a space when needed but be prepared to walk. A nice place to stay.
Summary: A great location for exploring the area, close to nice pubs and walks on the river and beach.
