Positive: Although the building is older, it has been well-maintained. The upper floor, including the bedrooms and shower facility, is somewhat dated in design but remains in good working order.

Positive: Location was great.
Negative: The musty smell was overwhelming. We had to leave the windows open at all times and it was way worse in the basement where the washer was. The cleaning fee was about $250 USD and they still wanted you to clean the oven, run and empty the dishwasher, take out the trash, strip the beds and gently tidy up the house. While the wifi was free it was terrible and no one in my large group could make a phone call.
