Positive: The room was very spacious and comfortable. Nice bathroom. The guest house is separated from the private building to assure privacy for everybody. The quiet, residential area is just perfect for a relaxed stay.

Negative: It may be difficult to get to the place if you are not used to windy, narrow Cork roads. But the views are worth it.

Positive: Owner was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The views from the property were great! It is a bit far from Cork, but a great area to "get away"!

Negative: It would be nice to have a small refrigerator and microwave in the room or available in the common area.

Positive: Very clean. New. Comfortable bed. Beautiful area.

Negative: NOT EN SUITE. Had to go through common area to get to bathroom. No where to sit except one small uncomfortable chair. Cold. Too cold to shower. Very thin walls and creaky floor. Hard to find.

Positive: This is my third time staying at the Lodge and I love it. The hosts are always so welcoming and the room is fabulous. The bed is very comfortable and the large shower is great, with nice views over the countryside. It’s a short walk or drive to the nearby restaurant, The Bosun which serves excellent food. A great stay in a quiet location.

Negative: Everything was great.
