Summary: Our trip was amazing, staff were friendly and very accommodating, room very clean and spacious, fresh towels and bins emptied every day. Great location, a short walk to train station and town centre, Asda is next door. Very quiet at night time, no banging doors or loud noise, bed very comfortable. We had food in the hotel great deal if you book a table for 5pm onwards, would recommend booking a table on arrival as it's very busy. Breakfast is self-service and has everything you want and plenty of staff if you need anything. Would highly recommend this hotel. Looking forward to staying again.

Summary: Stay was ok, not the friendliest welcome at reception. Bar staff not the happiest either. Food in restaurant was excellent & service better there. Breakfast was good.

Summary: Mattress not very comfortable. As an elderly person I only eat small meals. Had to select a started as my mains for smaller meal. According to menu I could select a child’s meal but this incurred an extra £8 surcharge on top of price for an adult to eat.

Summary: VERY NICE HOTEL BUT THE ROOM WE GOT WOULD NEED TO BE UPDATED ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOM.VERY TIRED IN MANY WAYS.WHO USES A SHOWER CURTAIN OVER THE SHOWER THESE DAYS WHICH ONLY COMES HALFWAY ACROSS MEANING YOU CAN NOT SHOWER. I THINK FOR THE PRICE OF HOTEL AN UPGREAD WOULD BE APPROPRIATE .THE FOOD IS GOOD AND NICELY SERVED.
