Summary: Lovely hotel - a bit out of the way if you're not going to the races, but easy enough to find with a car. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice food in the restaurant. Very comfy bed and quiet surroundings. Would recommend.

Summary: We were given an easy access room as my wife was unable to walk at the time of booking. The room was well equipped for a disabled person, we found it lacked convenient shelves in the bathroom area for our personal toiletries.

Summary: No racing so the hotel was quiet. A very comfortable stay indeed. Shame the male receptionist was indifferent and slightly offish. Choice of beer in the bar was a bit lame too and could have done with a little more comfortable seating. Room was a little tired - skirting board not fixed to wall for example. Attention to detail and easily fixed problems needed.

Summary: Disappointed with the fish and chips as it was just frozen oven fish which was tasteless and bland. It's a cashless place to stay so card only. The bed was lovely and comfortable

Summary: Very welcoming, hanging rail for clothes and no drawers. Bathroom was clean but could do with a revamp however room was very quiet. Had a fan and no air conditioning. Good cooked breakfast

Summary: Lovely hotel.great staff .stayed in standard room ..really large comfy bed ..room a little small for bed ..i would definitly stay again but i would pick larger room ..otherwise a great stay right on the racecourse .everywhere was immaculate.

Summary: You get what you pay for. Rooms are clean but basic. Restaurant menu is poor had to go into Newbury to eat. Breakfast acceptable.

Summary: Great room for the price. Plenty of parking. Good service and breakfast. Not much variety for dinner. No air con. Just fan in the room with window barely can open.
