Summary: Nice and cosy hotel. Good location to airport and Legoland but far away from shopping and restaurants. Rooms needs an upgrade. Needs better soundproofing as uou can hear other guests in nearby rooms

Summary: The entire hotel is great. So clean and fresh. A super relaxed atmosphere. All the staff are friendly and professional. The room we had was clean and spacious. The breakfast in the morning is out of this world. So much to choose from. So fresh. The hardest thing was what to choose. So many options. I’m a vegitarian and my wife is vegan. We had no trouble finding things to eat. Sets you up for the day. The greatest area is so opts and so clean. Very comfortable as well. We used the pool. A bit small but so clean one. The changing rooms are also spotless. The only thing was that it’s one depth all over 1.5m. However there are ample floats and other floating devices. Brilliant hotel. We’ve returned a number of times and have never been disappointed. Well to all the staff.

Summary: Surprise how treated by the waiter at breakfast. I was with my son at breakfast and we did a small sandwich to take away for the trip The waiter she saw us and said that was not allowed Anyhow she will throw out that sandwich and it’s surprising behaviour just a sandwich for a child plus she will waste it Little disappointed by not customer service behaviour and no critical thinking of the situation

Summary: "The room was sufficient in terms of use; since we were staying for only one night, we didn’t prefer a larger room. They had prepared the sofa bed for my daughter in the room. It was very clean and close to LEGOLAND—about a 5-minute walk. Lalandia was closed; make sure to check whether it’s open before you go, because there’s nowhere else to spend time after Legoland..."
