Positive: The host and her husband were very responsive. They have a camera on the exterior so they can monitor the property from their home. The A/C was extremely good. Everyone including the police were exceptionally kind and helpful to two octogenarian on their own!

Negative: Hot water faucets are shut off. "Cold" water eventually turns hot -- in the shower and kitchen sink. Area is a little dicey but I think the whole town is.
