Summary: Very friendly staff. We called ahead to let them know we would be arriving late, and as the kitchen would already be closed, they took our orders and managed to let us have dinner anyway, which was great as the food was delicious!

Summary: Lovely bar area and great food. House keeping needs to be looked at and a couple maintenance issues but other than that a lovely place to stay.

Summary: Had a great stay at The Lion, my room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. Easy to check in. The staff were polite and helpful and the food was good.

Summary: Everything went ok. The disappointing fact is that a whole floor (3rd) do not have a wifi. So for business is not practical.

Summary: This is definitely a unique property right in the center of town. It is quaint and nicely renovated. The light comes in the windows early; no curtains in our dormer windows. The shower is tiny as is the sink. But the staff is wonderful.
