Positive: Extremely nice and friendly staff. Very open and accommodating to our needs. I've ask for a room change and there was no problem for them to sort it. Also informative and chatty with all of us . Pretty big house ,with large rooms, large communal living room and massive dining room. And the bonus was a free breakfast. Highly recommend the place and all the staff.

Negative: A couple areas needs updating on the celieng, due to being a old and very characterful house, however it is well worth visiting the place.

Summary: Highly recommend staying at this property.
