Positive: We liked the backyard, close walk to the beach. And clean hott tub

Negative: We didn't like that unfortunately there were ants! A tremendous amount... bare able if you pay attention and clean up after yourself.. Another annoyance and disappointment was that there wasn't any type of air conditioning or ceiling fans. Leaving doors open brought in flies....

Positive: It was very comfortable and well located. Lots of helpful things like high chair, baking soda, hair dryer- more like staying with family friends. Place was clean and convenient too! The hot tub was really fun!

Negative: The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but honestly they were fine.

Positive: The house was close to the beach, and quiet. Fenced back yard was nice, we did have to walk our dog in unfenced area to get to the fenced yard, no back door access from the house. The walk in shower in the master bedroom was nice. The bathtub in the main bathroom was great! Bed was great for husband, but too hard for me. I forgot to bring my memory foam topper.

Negative: Lighting very poor. In the evening we had to use our emergency battery powered utility lights from our vehicle in order to see the puzzle we were putting together on the kitchen table.

Summary: Very relaxing. We would stay again.
