Positive: Absolutely fantastic place to stay.. Loved the decor, kitchen had everything you need if you’re cooking.. Would definitely return and explore the estate more.

Negative: T.V was very hit and miss especially if using WiFi on your phone as well. No toiletries in bathroom. Key code didn’t work for door luckily owner was there to let us in. Having said that we’d still stay again as everything else was fantastic.

Summary: Fabulous stay would definitely return.

Positive: Excellent location and grounds (peacocks wandering the estate). Easy to check in/out. All very comfortable and done up to a high standard. Easy to get on the WiFi, smart TV was nice for to have for the kids.

Negative: It was all very well done, the points below are VERY minor, but would have been nice. No welcome pack, that told us of which pubs were worth going to and some suggestions of local walks. The stools for the kitchen island were a bit too tall. Some hooks for coats would have been nice and there wasn't an obvious broom for us to sweep up at the end of our stay.

Summary: Great location, lovely apartment.

Positive: It is in a really lovely location, which as a result of the dales is a little tricky to find. The road up to it is also a little tight. The rooms are spacious and plush. The buildings are old, but modernized. A cute feature is the wildlife. I think we saw a hare on the road up to the place and a dear. In the grounds there were peacocks and their young. In the morning when we left some inquisitive hens came to say hello.

Negative: The bathroom door did not shut, which some may have found not easy to deal with, but the place is very spacious. There was no corkscrew and when we arrived it being a little late, I could not use the number to call anyone out. The next morning that was quickly solved. Radio reception is very poor and TV a bit limited. I used my own mobile internet. It would have been good to have a 10.30 check out.

Summary: We picked this place as it seemed descent value and found a lovely place to stay.
