Summary: Fabulous resort with staff who couldn't do enough for you. Always friendly, smiling and just wanting to please guests. The fun pool with the swimup bar was fantastic. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

Summary: As alway the staff in Thailand are always friendly and helpful, this hotel is amazing value for money,my apartment overlooked the swimming pool which is very clean and a very good size,plenty of sun loungers,the room was very clean, plenty of hot water ,shampoo and shower gel, not stupid little bottles, not the best bed for me but everyone is different, breakfast was really nice,plenty on offer,nice coffee,I would definitely visit again if I were staying in this town,thanks to all the staff for making it a very happy visit.

Summary: First time to Khao Lak and the hotel was amazing!! Staff were always on hand, always attentive to everything and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and will def return again!! Khop khun krub!!

Summary: The screens are not properly installed, so bugs come into the room and bite. Also, the noise from the next room is so loud that you can hear everything. Because it is an old relationship. The indoor air smells. Lack of smoking facilities

Summary: Nice and quiet. Good location. The pool areas was nice and with sun beds available all the time. Very friendly and helpful staff. The air conditioner was very noicy (we stayed in a villa) and the room could have been vacuum cleaned more often.
