Positive: The villa is situated in the hills with a beautiful view. Secluded, quiet spot with no noise.. so tranquil. We loved watching the twinkling lights over the villages and towns in the evening too. Rooms were a great size and the villa had loads of room inside and out. We are a family of 8 adults and we always felt like we had our own space. Villa is equipped with everything you could need and the host was always very accommodating. Location is very remote, you cannot walk anywhere and would need a car, otherwise you would be paying taxis into the local town and back which works out at €15 each way. It is a 15 minute drive to Lixouri to get your supplies. We enjoyed tasting wines in the local winery, sclavos wines and there is a beautiful beach Patani 15 minutes drive away with sunbeds to rent, parking and tavernas. Room was cleaned twice during our stay with all bed linen, and towels replaced. We didn’t need to bring out beach towels as they are provided too. Excellent time had at the leaf house and special memories made.

Positive: Large, well-equipped home with beautiful view. We enjoyed the pool area and quiet location outside of town. Great communication with the host and very easy check-in!

Negative: Only area of improvement would be the upstairs bathroom door is a little difficult to latch closed and is loud when trying to do so.

Positive: The villa is situated in quiet location, no neighbors around with perfect connection to the beaches and Lixouri, 2nd biggest city on the island. The view from house during the day or in the night is great! The house or facility outside give you more than you expect. The owners Babis, Fotis are friendly, always ready to answer any questions, helpful. Everything was prepared for our stay, there is service of cleaning during your stay. I can recommend this property for sure!

Negative: Nothing ... but as the house is in location above the city and also the beaches are around the house, you would need the car for moving around. For us the best beach - Petani is about 15 min drive by car, city also up to 15 min. Mirtos beach about 30-40 min ...

Positive: The Leaf House was amazing! The view was breathtaking! Photos cant show enough! Plenty of space for all family both indoors and out, garden is huge! Super clean and beautiful house. Owners were very helpful to any question we had. Petanoi beach is 5 min driving, the closest town, Lixouri 10 min. One of the best places we ever visited!

Positive: The house was absolutely amazing, really well thought out, loads of space for 2 families and felt quite luxurious, with AMAZING views. We had 4 teenagers with us, so the WiFi and pool and space for everyone worked really well. Fotos and Babis the owners were so helpful whilst giving us lots of privacy. The pool cleaned regularly, bedding changed and bins taken. They even rushed to help with a flat tyre. So thank you both.

Negative: Tiny things (hardly worth mentioning). But as one of our party is a chef. We cheese grater, sharp kitchen knife and more cutlery. A few more sun beds would be good too.

Summary: A wonderful time away, amazing memories created with friends in a beautiful , remote location
