Positive: Where does one start. The location was spectacular, the accommodation (converted barn) was superb, .......including facilities aplenty, hosts Rachel and Mark delightful...........and Bruce of course. Sheep in the field next door with their lambs. Idyllic in every way. Wanted for nothing. If i could give 11 or more out of 10 i would.

Negative: The fact we had to leave after 3 nights.

Positive: The place was stunning. Converted barn with a fire place set in the middle that was already set up to use. Beautiful location and I had such a fantastic time. The host Rachel was superb and made brownie’s for us for when we arrived. Top Host and would 100% go back!.

Positive: Absolutely stunning property, fantastically maintained and presented. Acres of room inside with everything you could wish for. Both Keswick and Cockermouth are in close proximity. The property is easily accessible in a quiet location next to a wonderful stream and countryside. Couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay.

Positive: The host -are amazing ! And for us the fact that they had a washing machine and a dryer was a big plus ! The location, the house is amazing, we have had everything we need it . Highly recommend them to everyone as you won’t be disappointed! Thank you for everything! And the brownies- oh my goodness , best ones we ever had !
