Positive: The hotel is located on such an incredible promontory, it was fantastic to sip a beer outside while looking out to sea. The room was stylish and clean. Wide bathroom.

Negative: room a bit small considering the high price.

Positive: The view was out of this world, a beautiful evening with fireworks, late night shopping, live music and a great atmosphere. Lovely and peaceful. The receptionist was very apologetic.

Negative: Originally paid for a large family room but got told upon arrival that it wasn't available. It was booked for myself, my wife and our severely disabled son who's 5. He's quite a handful and usually takes both of us to control his meltdowns/sensory overload so it was crucial that we were together and because of his routine. Unfortunately we were put in separate rooms which were down the corridor from each other. This resulted in our son getting extremely stressed out and me having to sleep on the floor of their room as it was just a double.

Positive: Must be one of the best locations in the UK for views, local cliff top walks, scenery, all over looking the Atlantic ocean.

Negative: The car parking charge was a hidden cost, a severe storm blew in during the night which made both the room and bathroom doors rattle and bang, once woken soon used the towels provided as door stops.

Positive: Location being right next to the cliffs and the privilege to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view at breakfast dinner and also in the room.

Negative: Restaurant dinner is a bit pricy and does not worth the money. The biggest dish seafood platter cannot feed one person. A bit disappointing.
