Positive: Brilliant house with all modern furniture and equipment, epic views and loved the outside table under the kiwi fruits with the view of the lake. Right in the old town close to the church and the castle and all the great restaurants. Can walk down to swim in 3 minutes. Honestly you won't find a better house than this in Ohrid.

Positive: We stayed in the upstairs apartment. The view is incredible and the apartment was really well equipped and supplied. It looked to have been recently decorated too. Also the doors and windows all have screens which allows you to air out the apartment without worrying about mosquitos. Location is perfect, short walk to new town/bazaar area, short walk down to old town centre, you're not far from the fortress and churches either.

Negative: The only improvement I could suggest would be an extractor fan in the washroom, but there is a window, and the window screens allow easy airing of the apartment anyway.

Summary: Incredible view from the balcony, lovely spacious apartment, excellent hosts.

Positive: The house was recently renovated and it feels like home. The location is great and you are in a walking distance to the historic center places. The owner was wanting for us and he helped us to find the way to the house. The private parking is a great plus as parking is challenging in the old city. The view is fabulous and we enjoy every moment. We definitely recommend Kiwi house and we already planning our next visit to Ohrid and Kiwi.

Positive: The approach to the house was a nightmare, the old town was so crowded on a plain Tuesday evening that we could barely fit in. But luckily our host gave us precise instructions on how to get there, otherwise we would still be wandering around. The house is newly renovated and excellently equipped, has its own parking lot, and the balcony offers an unparalleled view of the entire lake. Unfortunately, we only spent 1 night here, but we will definitely come back to explore the area. We highly recommend it!

Positive: We had a short but wonderful stay at this newly renovated villa in Ohrid's Old Town. The place is beautifully done—modern, clean, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the special terrace with a stunning view of Lake Ohrid. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. Having a private parking spot in the heart of the Old Town was also a huge plus, especially since parking in the area can be tricky. Although we only stayed one night due to a change in our travel plans, we would definitely love to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommended!

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at The Kiwi House in Ohrid! At first, we were a bit cautious about booking since there were no previous reviews, but we’re so glad we went for it. The villa turned out to be even better than we hoped—spacious, super clean, and really well-equipped. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town, yet quiet and peaceful. What really made the difference for us was the private parking (which is rare in this area!) and the beautiful terrace with an amazing view of Lake Ohrid. We spent a lot of time just relaxing out there. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming—truly lovely people who made us feel right at home. All in all, it was a perfect stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend The Kiwi House to anyone visiting Ohrid!
