Positive: Location was quiet and the property was very comfortable.

Negative: No cutlery, despite putting a call in to host, we checked every cupboard and could not find it. The front gate was hard to open, and the front door was hard to lock.

Positive: Very accommodating to pets and a nice place. The area is close to the main hub of Windsor but also private enough to feel remote. You deal with a company called Ready Set Stay.

Negative: Everything about the property is great, however you deal with a company called Ready Set Stay. They require a bond before booking (which is more than fair), I got it back in full straight away after our trip, however after a week another bond was deducted from my account (like as if I made another booking). I messaged them back straight away and they are currently looking into it. They are helpful, but this shouldn't happen. I've never had to deal with something like this on any accommodation via Booking.com. It's the only drawback from this accommodation.
