The apartment offers free parking just a short walk away, this magnificent two bedroom property is accessed through the building’s secure entrance door and up a flight of stairs to the first floor.
Heading into the apartment you will enter a hallway that leads to two spacious bedrooms, both offer high quality king sized beds with hotel quality bed linen. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV for your use.

Summary: Found this to be the perfect property for 2 couples. Spacious, very well equipped. Good beds and bedding and towels. Location great for getting to all attractions we wanted to visit. No milk sachets provided as stated in description and one tea bag however, local shops open late so wasn’t a problem.

Summary: Excellent location. Communication was very good. We had to extend our stay a couple of times and the hosts were amazing at getting this done for us with no problems The apartment was clean and well appointed

Summary: This is a positive review with some suggestions for improvement. The location was fantastic, in the middle of the most interesting area. There was plenty of room and the facilities were excellent. Two main downsides. The bedding was not up to the standard of the rest of the apartment- the mattress protector was too small and there was only a bare sheet over part of the mattress. And the duvet was very lumpy - the filling was in clumps and some bits were bare. Difficult to understand when the rest of the furnishings were of high quality. Secondly there was a lack of accessible instructions- for example as to how to switch on the heated towel rail to warm up the cold bathroom. It was not at all obvious how to work the hob in the kitchen, we had to use trial and error. We later found instructions in the manual in a drawer in the living room but it should not be necessary to go hunting and read complicated instructions. Once we worked out how to use everything the flat had all we needed for a very comfortable stay. We loved having such great views over the surrounding streets so we could see what was going on. And we were so near to the places we wanted to see, we could just pop back when we wanted to.

Summary: We had a great stay in this very comfortable and cosy apartment right in the city centre. It was a perfect size for our family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bright living area with the windows onto the street below were perfect for people watching. The location was great, but it was noisy on the Friday night with music from a bar opposite the road until late into the evening. And on the Monday morning the food delivery trucks came and parked right outside the windows which was also a bit noisy. This aside, it was a perfect location to explore York and I would definitely stay here again.
