Summary: The Kimberly is a well situated east midtown hotel with large comfy rooms, restaurants and a rooftop bar/breakfast spot. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is extremely clean, and features old world style furnishings so if you are looking for modern, this is not for you. While the hallways could use some renovation, the rooms are large and comfy. Some with kitchens, some with beds that remotely raise head or feet. Suites with a full living room. Nice amenities. Very close to Saks, Rockefeller Center, MoMA and more. I would return.

Summary: Hotel didn’t respond to my email request and therefore my friend who was sharing room with me had to wait until I arrived. In bedroom the Bulb in lamp was burnt out and needed to be replaced which was done after I called front desk. Took 2 requests to front desk to finally get ice bucket with ice. Balcony door was difficult to open and shut. This is my second time staying at The Kimberly so I guess I was a bit disappointed but I still really like the hotel especially the Rooftop and would stay here again

Summary: Our stay at The Kimberly was amazing. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly greeted by all the staff. We arrived early, and were generously placed in a beautiful suite that was available. It was such a special gesture that we greatly appreciated. Throughout our stay, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The front desk staff, doormen, housekeepers and restaurant staff were all fantastic. From hailing taxis in the rain to being offered extra water bottles during an extreme heat wave, I can't say enough about the level of service at the Kimberly. Our room was clean, comfortable and a great place to relax during downtime in the city. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning soon.

Summary: Can’t say enough about how pleasantly surprised we were by the size of our room and how pretty it was. The bed was really comfortable with soft pillows. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. The room had every amenity you could want or need. The only negative (not for us but possibly for someone) might be that the AC is loud when it clicks on. But it didn’t bother us at all. We were on the 25th floor and never waited more than a minute or two for the elevator. We will definitely stay at The Kimberly again!

Summary: Perfect place for us to stay. I was there looking after my son after an operation. Our suite had a bedroom with two double beds plus a sofa bed in the sitting room. Lots of space, kitchenette was very handy and the room service and hotel restaurants were very good. Decor is a bit dated but you can’t beat the Kimberly for the space, the location and the lovely staff.
