Your estate's centerpiece is a four level 26,000 square foot custom luxury home boasting fourteen spacious bedrooms. You'll also find ten full bathrooms, three half baths, five living and dining areas, four professionally equipped kitchens, and recreational room and exercise rooms featuring full-sized pool table, ping pong tables, foosball table, and X Box X, and Playstation 5 gaming systems.
Your back patio's 125,000 gallon custom heated, lighted inground pool is open 365 days a year and is heated to a constant temperature of 86-88 degrees.
This amazing aquatic escape overlooks your own piece of paradise with incredible bluegrass scenescapes in every direction.
The patio area also features a 2022 custom 8-10 person spa with Bluetooth speakers and lighting and temperatures averaging 101-103 degrees.
There is seating for up to 30 people or more around the pool deck and patio and a separate, spacious private pool bar with mounted television & full pool bathroom.
You'll enjoy daily included pool and spa upkeep & refresh by our trained pool attendant who visits the pool area each morning to ensure optimal upkeep.

One Example of a Bourbon Trail Tour is our Popular "The Big Three...and Lunch" Day : This high energy, fast-paced tour visits the breathtaking grounds of Woodford Reserve to begin the day for a full scale tour and bourbon tasting. From there, we'll head just up the road for a private lunch at Bourbon on Main in Downtown Frankfort (cocktails, also...hmm?:) and then pop next door to Buffalo Trace for a tour and tasting. We'll end the day at Four Roses Distillery for a tour and tasting. This tour can last between 7 and 8 hours depending on how long you linger. We can also customize the tour day for any number of other incredible itineraries in bourbon country.

Summary: It is an amazing place. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms for a large party. The property managers take very good care of the property and the renters. Everything was listed correctly and working properly. We couldn't ask for more.

Summary: We had a family trip for 14 people ages 2 months to 75 year and all enjoyed the Kentucky Dream Estate. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and used daily, even when the weather got cool. A few hiccups such as lack of towel bars in bathrooms, a few problems with electronic devices such as TVs and a floor that needed mopping. Pool table, ping pong and cornhole boards were a real plus. Plenty of seating for dining room, huge fridge and freezer on main floor and very nice laundry room on main floor. Great proximity to nearby restaurants and groceries. Wonderfully convenient! Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

Summary: The house was amazing. The location with the pool made it easy for everyone to spend lots of time together. There was plenty of room for all of us to cook, eat, and clean up together in the kitchen and dining room. There were plenty of bedrooms for our group of 24. There are no towels racks in the bathrooms. There was a leak, but there was immediate response and everything was fixed quickly. The bunker was interesting to see but no one was willing to sleep there and spend the night without cell phone access. It is a great house and my family has a wonderful time staying there.

Summary: Great pool, great kitchen, great gathering spaces. The bed/bath layout is a bit wonky - understandable for a house built as primary residence, not a rental property. The bunker is definitely unusual. One person in our group of18 actually enjoyed staying in the bunker. The staff at The Farm were very helpful. The property caretaker was especially friendly and helpful ( great bunker tours). We have reserved another house managed by The Farm for next year.
