Summary: The water park part was excellent. But the hotel part was not pleasant. I wish they could do more on the hotel part for guess staying there.

Summary: Beautiful resort and waterpark; prices are decent, no complimentary breakfast and I certainly believe for breakfast per person is overpriced - everything has a price on it. Customer service great, front staff kind and helpful. Rooms mildly stocked with towels and washcloths but considering full groups use these resort rooms maybe could do better with either more including toilet paper. Room thermostat was wacky (we booked 3 rooms- we all had same issue) the thermostat would not keep a steady temperature, temps fluctuated making it either too cold or too hot especially at night. Overall the stay was pleasant and the inconveniences were minor. Family friendly with plenty to do for all ages. The outdoor area is beautiful and spacious, balcony view into this middle area is worth it! The other balcony room faces the woods.

Summary: Nice but expensive. $12 for a plain generic burger very over priced. Poor signage. Rooms were fair, older tv set up. The water park was clean and fun.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The waterpark was busy and fun. The room was clean and spacious. The place seemed to be understaffed. We didn't get to check in until 4:30. They did offer us a late check out but that did not help us. Also the coffee shop opened late and I don't think I saw the candy store open at all in 3 days!

Summary: I had a great a day . Everyone in the hotel was very friendly. Gloria and Wendy when above and beyond do meet all my need, it was my twins boys birthday. I couldn’t choose a better place to celebrate their birthday. Thank you!! I have said the I love this hotel and I would definitely coming back and I would recommend to everyone.

Summary: Overall this place isn’t big but it’s nice when it’s not packed with people. They need to improve food selection and quality. Stale burger buns, pizza was gross, tenders very dry, buffalo chicken salad should be grilled chicken not cold breaded chicken. Breakfast buffet was ok. We went out of resort for dinner because we heard the dinner restaurant was also gross.
