Positive: The best stay I’ve ever had in US. The place is clean and welcoming to guests. The hot springs are an added bonus. The bed was comfortable, and the surrounding quiet was wonderful.

Positive: We stayed in the Cholla room which was very nice. I liked the private parking and easy access to our room. Outstanding views of the surround desert. Loved all the large windows and garden areas. Overall a very pleasant experience. Comfortable bed and nice cool air conditioner.
Negative: The detached bathroom door was located at the entrance of a communal kitchen. This is not very desirable. Maybe placing a door to separate the kitchen area from the hall containing the bathroom and Cholla room would go along way to avoid embarrassing situations and reduce noise coming from the kitchen into the Cholla room.
Summary: I recommend and will return but in a room with attached bath.

Positive: The location was beautiful and remote. Finishings and room were amazing.
Negative: Checkin process was a mess due to lack of Communication. Unsure if it’s because of booking.com or the hotel. Very low cell phone service and didn’t get the welcome email with the codes to access the property. Once we were checked in the property was nice. No on site help. The walking trails were not cleaned of fallen cactuses.

Positive: The resort is one of the most beautiful I've ever stayed at! Beautiful room, the communal spaces were massive and comfortable and you really feel like you are in the middle of your surroundings in Saguaro National Park. The "Hot Springs" is my new favorite hot tub!
Negative: The shared bathroom of the Cholla room is a little more awkward than I expected with the communal kitchen but ultimately fine for the value/savings on room selection. Otherwise, I have zero complaints about this entire experience.
Summary: Perfect escape and I can't wait to return
