Positive: It was clean and near everything. We go at the beginning of the off season and it's pretty quiet too.

Negative: A hot tub would be nice, but you don't really see that at the beach

Positive: There was plenty of parking, the room was beautiful, the location was right across from The Casino Ballroom (I was seeing a show there) and a short walk to many of the restaurants around. Staff was very friendly. I went there off-season (October), so it was a very chill vibe around Hampton Beach.

Positive: Was in the off season so the rooms were great and priced reasonable. Clean i was impressed definitely would stay again. Couldn't connect my devices with the TV but other than that minor issue woukd recommend
