Summary: Overall the stay was average. Would I go back there. No. The property made some upgrades which is continuing. Some of the upgrades are appreciated while others require established communication patter amongst staff. The gym requires an upgrade. Machines are outdated and not safe. The executive chef is left to make decisions that are not aligned with guest experience or family oriented. The breakfast was one note. Guest were over heard stating “ what is this ? Is it it a fruit , how should I eat it ? Why is it soggy”. This was in reference to the poor choice of Sunday breakfast being “escovitch fish” and bammy. No one wanted that option. And the same throughout the week. A constructive conversation with the executive chef and guest experience should occur. Overall, my stay was average and I would appreciate the hotel consider the perspective of their customers and not just one individual. Nice upgrade to the outdoor lounge and pool.
