The family room has a large flat screen HD television with Satellite Direct services. Unit has phone with free local and long distance service. Covered parking for 3 vehicles directly under the unit. Boat trailer parking either under unit or at adjacent lot. Furnished balcony overlooks private boat slip and floating docks in canal adjacent to Suwannee River and minutes from the Gulf of Mexico.
