Positive: Lovely room with a large comfortable bed. Bathroom was also ok and reasonably clean. Clearly signed entrance and good reception desk.

Negative: Gokukam is a quiet suburb of Mysore away from the main attractions so we moved after one night. Nowhere to walk in the evening or many restaurants nearby.

Summary: Clean and comfortable but a bit out of city centre

Positive: The owner was helpful and was flexible to allow me to move rooms which was much appreciated.

Negative: The traffic is incredibly loud in the premises so it was so difficult to sleep. The rooms felt stale, mould on the windows and a lack of maintenance and focus on cleaning. The staff were unable to provide toilet roll without the permission of the owner which felt obscene. The TV's do not work.

Summary: Decent location. However the traffic is loud and I did not feel comfortable or clean during my stay.
