Summary: Great location. Could walk to a lot of places, including the lighthouse. The breakfast was pretty basic. It included yogurt, bagels, granola bars and cereal. The bed was super comfy. I have issues sleeping at most hotels but not this one. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Our room was over the pool area close to the lobby. First, we had pool noise until 9:30pm, then the room next to us decided to have a family gathering on the balcony. Worst was the three young couples that were partying in the lobby until 5:00 am in the morning. I called the front desk twice to get them to shut up, but that didn’t work. I’m wondering if they even had rooms there.

Summary: The building is a bit dated but has been maintained. The property has a nice view of Lake Michigan and is close to restaurants and the museum in downtown Manitowoc. We'll definitely consider the property again if we're in the area.

Summary: We enjoyed it for our one night stay - it was walkable to the downtown Manitowoc area which is what we came for. Not much staff around to really comment on, but the hotel was quiet and near the water which was nice.

Summary: This is an underrated property in Manitowoc. Pros: Clean, recently remodeled rooms and free breakfast. Friendly staff and super fast check-in. Cons: Breakfast is right next to the check-in desk, so if you want to sit and eat, you have to walk all the way to the dining room on the other side of the pool and bar. Oh, and the bar is not open, nor is there any food service. Otherwise, if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay in the downtown area, this is the place.
