Summary: Only stay here if you’re comfortable being watched by onsite staff and what appeared to be video surveillance based on text messages received throughout our stay. Messages (multiple times) with perceived (incorrectly) transgressions about parking, pets and number of guests. I have never felt so watched at a hotel and it was frankly creepy. More specifics about our stay: Suite was as advertised once I decoded the different room descriptions between hotels.com and the hotel itself. Room was clean with the exception of incredibly dusty blinds and some dirty drinking glasses. Upkeep of the property was okay but there was chipped paint in many places and the laminate flooring was not properly laid and was buckled or gapped in places. Kids loved the pool despite being small and cold. Playground equipment would have been great, but was not safe due to frayed ropes and broken or rotting wood. Oddly, despite our unit advertised sleeping up to 8 people, they claimed to only have one parking space per unit and were militant in their handling of parking. Price was good but not worth the issues.

Summary: Absolutely loved our stay! The amenities were amazing and the property was even better than the pictures — they truly don’t do it justice. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully maintained. We especially loved the playground, pool, fire pits, and being able to swim in the river. The room was a very comfortable size and had so many little touches throughout that made the stay feel special. The staff was incredibly responsive through text, which made everything easy and convenient. One of our favorite features was using the app as the room key — no worrying about losing or remembering a key card. As dog owners, we were so impressed with how pet-friendly they were. They provided bowls, treats, a tennis ball, and even poop bags. It really made our dog feel welcome too. And honestly, having full-sized trash barrels was such a small but appreciated detail that made a big difference for our family. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family- and dog-friendly getaway!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at The Inn & More in the XL room! Everything from start to finish was smooth and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and quick to respond whenever we needed anything, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room and entire property were very clean, and the premises felt inviting and well cared for. There’s even a small play area for kids, which was a nice touch for families. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful Saco River right behind the property—it really adds to the peaceful atmosphere. If you’re traveling with dogs, this place goes above and beyond. They truly welcome pets, providing water bowls, treats, and even toys, which made our pup feel just as comfortable as we did. The lobby area is super cute and cozy, with coffee and tea available, plus snacks for purchase if you need a quick bite. The location is also great—close to hiking trails and only about 20 minutes from North Conway Village. Overall, the property felt safe, secure, and very inviting. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Summary: Ease to unload vehicle straight to room was great. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable but sofas and chairs were quite worn. Was a good stay for the price paid.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and really appreciate that we were able to get a roll away bed since we forgot to request one when booking. Everything was nice and clean and the staff were great and very prompt with helping us. Will definitely come again.

Summary: The room was very clean and had several towels. I paid extra for my dog, which was supposed to be included in my Expedia payment. While the room was very small, it did have a small fridge and microwave. Since it downpoured for my whole stay, I was forced to stay in the tiny room with my dog for my entire stay. It would have been nice to have some sort of shelter outside, so that I could have gone outside to smoke. Even though there was a chair and table outside of my room, with a covered top, I was forced to go all the way in the back of the property in the pouring rain. I probably will not consider this place in the future.
