Positive: Great vibe. Was wary of the contactless regimen, but not having to worry about a key actually made the stay enjoyable. Terrific, roomy accommodation that was really a suite in bedroom's disguise. A lot of pillows for the money. And the best DIY breakfast I've ever had--a veritable Treasure Hunt with rolls, croissants, bagels, sweet Danish and more displayed throughout the large and welcoming common room--in addition to the usual cereals, sausage egg and cheese preheatables.
Summary: An urban outpost that has the feel of country within a lap of luxury.

Positive: Breakfast was very nice. The selection of pastries and breads were great! I liked the keypad entrances to the facility and room, and the fact the number was the last 4 digits of my phone (very easy to remember). There are a couple of very nice restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. We ate at Serafini's Trattoria Italian restaurant one block away and the food was amazing!
Negative: Our bathroom door would not stay closed when locked. The same was for the restroom door outside of the breakfast room. Neither of the doors would latch after locking. The parking is a bit of a hassle if you have to move from the adjacent lot to a new zone after 12 hours.
Summary: We were pleasantly surprised at the inside of the hotel and the proximity to the waterfront.

Positive: Just enough time spent in Erie to see Tom Ridge Environmental Center,drive thru Preques Isle, and visit the Museum of Art down the street. Too bad there was alot of smoke from wildfires . Great breakfast in the morning .

Positive: I like the location to the city and restaurants and for where I had to walk for work. I like the breakfast area with coffee and tea. I think the room was nice and large and like the layout very much. I requested an iron and the staff brought one to meet my schedule.
Negative: Either the availability of hot water for tea at night or glass that can be microwaved to have tea at night. My shower was out of the body soap in the pump and the shower had hair in it, so it didn't look like that was cleaned. The smoke detector in my room was hanging from a wire at the ceiling.
Summary: Good for business travel, I would stay again, but work on cleanliness and amenities offered.
