Positive: The owner, Lance, was so great! The surrounding area was good. The breakfast was amazing!

Negative: Outdated, run down, and our room ran out of hot water.

Positive: The owner was very informative when we arrived and showed us around the hay loft which is actually a very beautiful space converted into a welcome area with a coffee bar, various types of glassware for beverages, teas, hot chocolate, and snacks. This is also where the delicious and hearty breakfast was served. The coffee was great. The room was very comfortable and had a deck with outdoor furniture. The grounds are beautiful with a pond and a pool. I also liked that this was near both Longwood Gardens and Winterthur. There were good restaurants a short drive away.

Negative: It was a bit hard to find the office (hay loft) when we drove in. We parked in the wrong place, but found our way pretty quickly. This could be solved with another small sign or two.

Summary: We had a very relaxing and restful, rejuvenating stay at this beautiful bed and breakfast.

Positive: Very comfortable, Warm atmosphere. A home type of feeling even though you’re away from home. Breakfast was very good. I would stay there again just to get away. Really loved that you couldn’t hear any of your neighbors in their rooms next to you
