Summary: Overall our stay was good. The only problem we had was no hot water one morning. My granddaughter had a delivery to the room. It was left by the door. One of the workers picked it up thinking it was garbage. I reported it and the package was found.

Summary: It's more like an upgraded motel than a true hotel. The pillows had an unpleasant smell, and room service isn’t provided unless you stay more than three days otherwise, you have to specifically request it, even for basic items like trash bags and towels.

Summary: Nice size room and in overall nice shape. Beds were awful. Fortunately fold out bed was comfortable. I would stay again in a pinch. Staff were very cordial and helpful.

Summary: Took my family of four here after our time at the water park and I loved it! The man who helped me to check in was so nice and helpful! The suite I had was clean, spacious, and very beautiful! I wanted to take the bathroom home with me lol my son had an accident in the middle of the night and the front desk staff came to my door right away with a new bed pad, new sheets, and covers. The lady was so sweet about it which I really appreciated she even asked if I needed more clean covers and went back to grab them quickly ! Soooo accommodating!! Room service was quick, affordable and delicious! Only thing I did not like about my stay were the pillows. They were horrible. But the comfortable bed made up for it. Overall I loved my stay and will be returning soon!
