Positive: It would be easy to say what I liked in one word: everything. But that loses the nuances: - when I entered, the apartment was perfectly clean, and I did my best to keep it that way; - genuine and profound attention to the guest; - kitchen truly equipped for preparation and cooking, with complete pots and pans and dishes in near-new condition, including a supply of tea, coffee, and sugar (never found these in any apartment so far, but they're in hotels above 3 stars); - towels of all sizes, and bathrobes (which I don't normally use, but they were there); - washing machine in perfect working order (and detergent available); - toilet paper in sufficient quantity for a 20-day stay (which seems trivial, but is practically impossible to find in any apartment); - also, on a personal level, I had to deal with two situations that put me in particularly difficult conditions due to circumstances external to my stay. I explained these with great sincerity and transparency to Mrs. Sera, whom I sincerely thank for her great availability and understanding. Therefore, to both my partners and friends planning to visit Nairobi as tourists, The Ikhaba Loft is the place to stay I recommend absolutely. Certain hosts, who think they're prepared but aren't, should visit this apartment to understand how a guest can truly feel completely comfortable while staying away from their home and family. Thank you, Mrs. Sera, for everything.

Negative: Unfortunately, I didn't find it sooner. After staying for about 3 months in a VERY DIFFERENT apartment, even though it's in the same building.

Positive: An absolute gem of a stay! The host put so much thought into every detail—truly a home away from home. Everything was cozy, clean, and beautifully set up, and she was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout. You can feel the care she’s put into the place. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Negative: It's hard to tell because everything seemed excellent. There was a bit of power interruptions but there was always a standby generator.
